FAQ

When will items be restocked?

 

-Simply enter your email address in the out of stock listing to be notified when restock. We restock and stock new items items on a daily basis. On occasion we will re-stock inventory based on what our customers want. Please make sure to check back frequently if an item you want is not available at the time you are on the site. You can also subscribe to our mailing list or follow us on instagram for restock updates. 


 

How can I score a discount?

How long will it take to receive my order?

 

Once you place your order, please allow 1-5 business days for processing. After this, in the United States, it will take 1-3 business days for Priority Mail and 2-5 business days for First class mail to deliver. International orders can anticipate their package to arrive in10-30 business days. Sometimes we experience postal delays that are out of our control. Please allow 1-3 extra days to process your order during sales.

 

What if its a Pre-Order? When will it ship?

 

A pre-order is an item, which is available to purchase but not currently in stock. Pre-ordering an item guarantees you get first dibs once the item is in stock. You will see the term 'Preorder' in the title of any listing where the product is only available for preorder. Pre-orders allow our consumers to guarantee immediate shipment after we receive these products.

 

Pre-orders can take anywhere from 1-30 business days to be shipped. Please do not include weekends or holidays in this estimate If you purchase other items with your preorder, the entire order will ship together once the preorder item is available. But not to worry, you will receive an email immediately once shipped. 

 

Will you email me with a tracking number when my order is shipped out?

 

You will get a confirmation email when you have placed your order, and another with tracking info when your label has been printed. Once you receive the shipping email please allow 24-48 hours for updates to appear. 


 

How can I pay?

 

We currently accept all Credit Cards as forms of payment. If you would like to pay with something else, please email us.


 

Why was my bank account charged more than once for my order?

 

Please allow 24-72 hours for the charges to drop. If the charges do not drop please contact your bank. There is nothing we can do about duplicate charges, this happens every time a card is declined.


 

Wholesale orders?

 

In order to place your wholesale order all you need to do is add the items to your cart and enter WHOLESALE13 at checkout to receive the 35% off wholesale discount. The minimum order is $350.


 

Can I cancel or exchange my order?

 

Once your order hits our database, it begins getting processed immediately. Because of this, we DO NOT honor cancellations. If you placed an order for the wrong size, or duplicated your order use our contact form to get in touch with us. We do honor refunds for accidental duplicate orders. 

 

If you are unsatisfied with your order, it can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of the purchase date(We do not refund at this time). All returns must be sent back unused in their original packaging. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Once we receive your return, you will receive a full store credit within 1-3 business days. Damaged items will receive a replacement, and if not in stock, a store credit will be issued. We do not accept returns on lingerie, swim, or sale items. Please allow your store credit to take up to 72 hours to process once we receive your return.The store credit does not include original shipping costs paid (this does not pertain to customers who scored free shipping). Items returned with stains, odor, excessive hair, or damage will encounter a 25% reduction to store credit. Defective items will receive a replacement free of charge.


 

Taxes & Duties:

 

- We are not responsible for international taxes, duties or customs fees, that is the sole responsibility of the customer. In the event of a return or exchange, duties and shipping fees will not be refunded.
